New College Doncaster is delighted to open the formal application process for students interested in joining the college in its very first year, September 2017.
Students can apply via the website www.ncdoncaster.ac.uk.
Brendon Fletcher, Principal Designate, commented “We know there’ll be huge demand for Doncaster’s first sixth form college so I’d encourage Year 11 students to apply quickly. Offering over 50 courses in a brand new £20m campus, we anticipate lots of interest.”
After applying online, students will be invited to an interview evening to discuss their aspirations for the future, the courses they’re studying at school and the courses they’re interested in at New College. This informal interview is a chance to chat with someone face-to-face, and an opportunity for us to make provisional offers of places to applicants.

Students from The Hayfield School, Hungerhill School and Armthorpe Academy can still apply after the school-specific deadline, but will be invited to the general interview evenings taking place on 30 November and 8 March. The interview evenings will take place between 3.30pm and 6.30pm.
Please note: students from Armthorpe Academy will now be interviewed on Wednesdays 30 November at The Hayfield School.
In addition, an Open Day will take place at Doncaster Racecourse, 10am – 1pm, Saturday 19 November.
