New College Doncaster is delighted to open the formal application process for students interested in joining the college in its very first year, September 2017.
Students can apply via the website www.ncdoncaster.ac.uk.
Brendon Fletcher, Principal Designate, commented “We know there’ll be huge demand for Doncaster’s first sixth form college so I’d encourage Year 11 students to apply quickly. Offering over 50 courses in a brand new £20m campus, we anticipate lots of interest.”
After applying online, students will be invited to an interview evening to discuss their aspirations for the future, the courses they’re studying at school and the courses they’re interested in at New College. This informal interview is a chance to chat with someone face-to-face, and an opportunity for us to make provisional offers of places to applicants.
The interview evenings will be running as follows:

In addition, an Open Day will take place at Doncaster Racecourse, 10am – 1pm, Saturday 19 November.
Brendon Fletcher added “We’ll be talking in more detail about the application process when we visit a number of schools over the next few weeks, but we encourage students or parents to get in touch with us if they’d like to talk about the college or the application process in more detail.”
