Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint, please refer to our Complaints Policy, available here on the New Collaborative Learning Trust website. The Trust takes informal complaints seriously and will make every effort to resolve the matter quickly. 

At stage 1, your complaint should be directed to the school/college office. Please refer to our Contact Us page for contact details. The school/college will acknowledge informal complaints within 3 school days, which will confirm how the school/college intends to proceed. 

Stage 1 will involve a discussion with a relevant member of school staff or the headteacher, either in person or by letter, telephone or email. It may be the case that the provision or clarification of information will resolve the issue. 

For stages 2 and 3, please complete the relevant form, detailed below and send it to complaints@nclt.ac.uk.
