Attending enrolment in person is an essential part of becoming a New College student and one of the conditions set out in the conditional offer letters students receive after a successful interview. The dates of enrolment have been available in our prospectus since September 2025 and also included in conditional offer letters provided to students.
Due to the large number of students we are enrolling and the need to consistently implement our admissions policy, we are not able to switch dates or offer alternative times for enrolment upon request. Students are invited to enrol in the order set out within our admissions policy in the interests of fairness and this is particularly important if any courses do become oversubscribed. We are not able to reserve places in College or on particular courses if a student is not available to attend their allocated enrolment appointment, for example because of a holiday.
If you are not available to attend your allocated enrolment appointment (as indicated in your Invite to Enrolment letter), it is likely that we will still be able to offer an opportunity for you to attend our late enrolment day on Thursday 28 August (subject to you meeting the minimum entry requirements), but this cannot be guaranteed and course availability may be more limited.
The arrangements for Late Enrolment 2025 are as follows.
- If you are unable to attend your allocated enrolment appointment it is important that you notify us by completing this online form at this link https://forms.office.com/e/yEy7PaMxwW no later than 4.00pm on Monday 25 August.
- We will email you by 9 am on Tuesday 26 August to let you know if we are able to invite you to late enrolment, and at what time you should attend.
- You will then need to attend late enrolment on the morning of Thursday 28 August where we will discuss your results, remaining course availability and complete the enrolment process.
- If you are unable to attend late enrolment on 28 August, then we may be able to invite you to an alternative late enrolment on Wednesday 3 September, provided that there is still availability after at the end of late enrolment on 28 August.
- You will be able to purchase a college bus pass, should you require one, once you have completed late enrolment on Thursday 28 August or Wednesday 3 September. Please be aware that some routes might have limited or no availability by these late enrolment days.
- If you are unable to attend on for your allocated enrolment appointment or either of our two late enrolment days, then it is unlikely that the College will be able to provide further opportunities to enrol.
